XpertReach is a talent platform connecting organisations with top talent for project consulting, fixed term contracts and full-time senior management & leadership roles.

Here are some key factors that make XpertReach different:

  • There is no mandatory bidding process for projects. Clients can post projects with or without a Budget
  • Clients can interview and select Consultants. Contracts and Fees are negotiated using our Platform tools

When logged-in, visit your Dashboard – My Profile, and click on Change Password

Click Login; and “Forgot Password” at the bottom of the form and input the required details. A password reset form will be sent to your registered email ID

Functional Questions

Experts register and post their profiles on XpertReach. Clients can Post their Requirements that experts are matched to and solicited to apply for projects. All applications to register on the platform are screened by XpertReach, before being approved to use our services.

Any organisation or person that needs a business problem solved or needs expert consulting services, whether for itself or for a client, can apply to register as a Client to use XpertReach.

Any independent professional or a consulting firm that is looking for project related or full-time work, can apply to register as a Consultant. [Only individuals can apply for full-time roles]

It depends on the individual consulting / work contract between the Client and XpertReach

It depends on the specific consulting / work contract. XpertReach will deduct a “Service Fee” which is a percentage fee from the gross value of the consulting fees invoice raised by the Consultant.

To encourage our Clients and Consultants to use the Platform, XpertReach has a scaling level of Service Fees which reduce with the increasing value of the Project. The balance amount is transferred to the Consultants registered bank or payment method. (See Fees & Payments Processes)

 

 

XpertReach will charge a Placement Fee, for any full-time employees recruited using the Platform services, which is payable after the target employee joins the client. This recruitment fee is a percentage of the total agreed salary / compensation.

XpertReach allows Clients to provide feedback on project they have hired consultants for. These feedback are saved and displayed on the Consultant’s profile. Clients can see how Consultants have performed on past projects. Clients who have worked with the Consultant on a Project via XpertReach can submit reviews. Reviews much be objective, and factual. (See Community Guidelines)

The XpertReach consultants network protects the identity and privacy of its members. Consultants and Clients private and contact information is not visible by other Users. Public Profile including Skills and Experience are searchable by registered Clients. As an option, Consultants can choose to mark their Profile as Private so that it is not searchable. Project details are searchable for Consultants to apply for projects. Once a Consultant has applied for a Project, or if our matching process introduces a Consultant to a Client for a Project or Role, the respective Consultant or Client can view the others Profile.

At the time of posting, Clients are free to post without mentioning a budget. Projects can be Fixed [payment based on deliverables or milestones] or Variable [payment based on daily cost or hourly fees, paid on an agreed periodicity]. This provides flexibility for the clients and consultants to agree on the quantum, nature and frequency of fees to be paid.

Client Questions

You can sign-up using the login/signup button on the top right side of our Platform header (click here to visit), or follow the process of Posting a requirement from the projects homepage (click here). Clients can also write to us to start the registration process offline.

Yes. However, you have to sign up separately as a Client and Consultant. The same user account and email cannot be used for both client and consultant accounts.

You can look for consulting talent by posting a project. Our Platform will match your project to suitable consultants, and we will solicit their interest.

Once you are registered and approved to use the services, you can also search for consultants public profiles based on location, skills or functional [category] experience, or you can email or call us and our experts will assist.

Click on the Post a Job link , and follow the steps to complete the form. If you are not already registered, you will need to set up your account first by signing up.

 

 

Typical information you need to Post a Project on XpertReach include the Project description, skills and experience required from the expert, the location of work, start date and duration. We recommend an indicative budget is also posted (although not mandatory). This helps us match the right talent for your requirements. The XpertReach engagement team are available to help you develop the scope and outline for the project.

The XpertReach matching process will start to match consultants with your project requirements based on skills, experience and type / location of work required, and will solicit them to confirm their interest and apply for the project.

You can review, compare and interview consultants you short-list on our platform messaging system as needed.

The finalised scope, fees and payment terms can be recorded on the Platform messaging system and will be recorded for future review.

You can award the Project to the Consultant of your choice on the Platform.

We recommend that you should execute a Consulting Agreement or NDA (non disclosure agreement) with the Consultant (contact our Customer Services team for sample agreements on the services@xpertreach.io).

You can view your Dashboard – Projects.

Under government regulations, we need to verify our customers before any financial transactions can be done on our Platform, generally referred to as “Know your Customer”. The documents required include a Government issued ID, Tax ID (Income Tax ID) and GST or VAT registration No. Clients can upload these details at any time on their My Profile on the Dashboard. In case you do not wish to upload the documents, you can email these to us at services@xpertreach.io with subject line: “Client KYC Documents” from your registered email ID.

No. All communication with consultants must be on the platform. This is to protect the Consultant-Client agreements and the Platform integrity. Any attempt to communicate off-platform, to arrange to pay consultants outside of the Platform is a violation of the Terms of Service and will result in a suspension of the users accounts immediately.

However, the Platform does allow and facilitate required sharing of information to facilitate onsite or team based work, with prior approval.

Use of the Platform is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and additional terms for website use, fees & payments and community guidelines. Additionally, Clients who register for the Services would be subject to specific terms related to Clients. You can access and read these under “Client Services Agreement” under the the Terms of Service

Yes, please contact your account manager or email on services@xpertreach.io if you need to hire a project manager or a team of consultants for your project

Yes. Clients can email or call us with requirements, or Post a Job to provide their requirements. The XpertReach placements team will screen the requirements and match with suitable potential candidates.

Freelancer / Consultant Questions

Experts apply to join as Consultants by invitation, referral or directly on the Platform. The XpertReach platform is a curated platform where our empanelment team will screen and evaluate the application to register, based on the educational qualifications and experience, and may have further discussion with the Consultant where required.

Key factors we will consider include industry & consulting experience, education qualifications and certifications. We will also review the LinkedIn profile and may conduct other verification processes. This ensures that the best talent is matched to projects on the platform.

You can register on XpertReach by completing the registration process. Click the “Register” button on the top right of the Page, and select “Candidate”, or by completing an Invitation or Referral profile

Consultants can upload these details at any time via the KYC form link sent to their registered email ID. In case you have not received the KYC form, please email services@xpertreach.io with subject line: “Resend Consultant KYC form” from your registered email ID.

XpertReach Platform and our engagement team match use a matching model including project requirements, consultant service areas, expertise and skills required, to match consultants to projects. Matched consultants are notified and solicited to apply for Projects.

You can respond to the Project Notification, or apply for the Project via the Consultant Dashboard, by clicking “Apply” or “Bid”. You can also communicate with the Client to clarify details; and attach any documentation with your application using the Platform chat tools. Note – no personal communication or identity details should in any chat or documentation

You can share business registration details (Business Name, Registration No., Tax ID and GSTIN/VAT) as required for contractual purposes (in the contract document). All communications must be on the platform to protect the client-consultant dealings and the platform integrity. Communication details to correspond/communicate outside of the Platform is a violation of terms, and will result in suspension of the users account.

However, the Platform does allow and facilitate required sharing of information to facilitate onsite or team based contracts. You must notify and take approval of XpertReach via Online Chat or Email of any such client requirement, prior to sharing any details.
