No. There are no fees to Register / Sign-up
Candidates can register and submit their profiles on XpertReach. They get access to the candidate portal which allows candidates to save resumes, save jobs as well as applications via their personal dashboard.
Clients can contact XpertReach via the query form or by contacting us by email or phone. Our engagement team would understand the requirements and assist.
It depends on the individual consulting / work contract between the Client and XpertReach
It depends on the specific consulting / work contract. XpertReach will charge a “Service Fee” as agreed with the Consultant.
XpertReach will charge a Placement Fee, for any full-time employees recruited using the Platform services, which is payable after the target employee joins the client. This recruitment fee is a percentage of the total agreed salary / compensation.
XpertReach protects the identity and privacy of candidates. Candidates and clients private and contact information is not visible by other Users.
Jobs are searchable for candidates to apply for projects. Once a candidate has applied for a job, then only the candidate resume is shared with the client..

Freelancer / Consultant Questions
Our engagement team match use a matching model including project requirements, experience, expertise and skills required, to match talent to jobs. Additionally, candidates and consultants can also apply for open jobs online via the career site. Our assessment team will review matched candidates and applications, and complete an initial assessment, before a shortlist of candidates / consultants is presented to the client.
You can apply for open jobs (both full-time and consultancy work – see Job Type) using the links provided on the job description, the email provided, as well as through the candidate portal if you have registered and saved your resume.
Consultants who apply for jobs via XpertReach would be subject to specific terms related to Consultants. You can access and read these under “Consultant Services Agreement” under the the Terms of Service
