Transaction Advisory Services Full Time

Purpose of Role

This role has responsibility of handling:

• Building Powerpoint presentations, financial analysis and financial Modeling, Teasers, Project reports and Information Memorandum/s
• Business Development for the Govt Consulting, Advisory and Investment Banking Mandates
• Skilful in doing Primary/secondary research in preparation of deal database
• Maintaining MIS/Dashboards on a regular basis along with timely reporting to the Team
• Execution of Investment banking and Govt Consulting/Advisory Assignments
• Knowledge management and timely updates to the Team on regulatory or compliance related matters under various statutes
• Should maintain the Investor and client delivery dashboards as well as screening the profiles of investors and clients in detail on regular basis
• Should support team in BID preparation and submission activities for various tenders
• Should be open to traveling pan India on consulting/advisory assignments (incl stay) if any.

Key Responsibilities Business Development (BD)

• To continuously work to achieve new business opportunities and organise team meetings or setting up con-calls with senior management.
• Explore BD opportunities across core sectors and geographies and travel with senior management at short notices
• To identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to manager

Client service delivery/execution

• Execute the work on a multiple client base for Govt advisory and Investment banking assignments
• Supporting in preparation of Information Memorandums, Financial Models, Pitch presentations, Project reports and/or Teasers
• Travelling at the client locations to ensure closure of Information gaps and/or execution related work as and when required
• Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact issues with his/her clients

Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities.
• Understand the concept of risk management and is able to bring to focus risk issues on client assignments and take issues to the notice of the manager/supervisor.

Knowledge Management

• Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge on ongoing basis.
