Leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Coordinating recruitment life-cycle activity, ensuring creation of job description appropriate to organization standards and managing the process.
Developing, analysing and updating the salary budgets at regular intervals and creating insightful reports
Reviewing company policies and procedures and providing recommendation suitable to the industry standards and practices
Deep knowledge of compensation and benefit policies and practices with hand-on management of the payroll management
Crafting innovative induction and orientation plan by collaborating with various business units and supporting the professional development process
Engaging in the career development of employees by creating a road map and implementing the same across levels
Engaging in the learning and development practices of the organization and ensuring a smooth execution of the same.
Maintaining departmental records and participating in administrative meetings with appropriate reports and inputs
Be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle management with a continuous review mechanism and audits.
Manage HRMS tools and create analytics and reports that help management to make informed decisions
Using Data analytics in the form of metrics to draw insightful reports
Participating and entrenching a robust performance management practice, reward systems with a continuous review cycle
Actively be involved in the employer branding strategies and engage in external events to promote the organization’s growth
