They are into 7 verticals, viz. Highway/Bridge Design, Domestic Supervision of Roads/Highways, Traffic and Transportation, Urban and Regional Development, Railways, Water Resources and International. Currently, they operate in India, other Asian, African and Middle East countries with a staff strength of 2500 plus.
KRA is given below:
– Head HR Department with two Sections, one Hiring and other Pay roll process
– Guide and monitor team working on centralized hiring for all positions, both technical and non-technical staff. Timely hiring of personnel is important for progress, completion and ensure revenue stream for the company
– Monitor pay roll preparation and oversee all HR related statutory compliances.
– Advise management on HR policies, skill acquisition,
– Strengthen induction and employee engagement programs
– Organize training programs, both technical and soft-skill
– Managing operations, viz. plan in advance mobilization, demobilization of staff
– Appraisal and Performance Management including Promotions
– Close coordination with Sector Heads on skill set of mobilized employees and their welfare/grievance resolution
– Introduce latest HR tools to address Team Building and Succession Planning
