Key responsibilities:

Compliances with SOP for all products serviced by the Company
Overseas transaction background check
AIF online applications to SEBI and resolving SEBI query
Change in IM/Sponsor process, Extension of Fund life, VCF/AIF overseas investment application, name and address change application to SEBI for AIFs
Compliance review on monthly basis and reporting to Management
Reporting to Group compliance
BRSA updation and implementation through change in SOPs
Organise Risk Committee meetings for new initiatives and inform/update committee on risk related agendas
Compliance with SEBI regulations impacting the Company & its transactions, COC Compliance, Representations to SEBI and RBI
Handle Notices and inquiry received against the company
Liason with TAI and other industry bodies
SEBI inspection, SEBI half yearly compliance reporting, Risk Based reporting

Relevant experience:

Minimum 6-10 years working experience in operations.
Proven track record in driving organic growth through increasing revenue existing client bases while expanding portfolio through new additions.
Strong track record in acting as a partner to senior management
Experience in change management; from idea inception to fully implementing changes proposed would be a distinct advantage
